What a serious SOW contains
The job in one sentence. Data the model may see. Who confirms. The metric in 30 days. The switch. The vendor named in the privacy policy if prompts can include personal data. Cost cap. You hold admin.
What we refuse even if you ask
Unsupervised legal or medical answers. Silent refunds. Scraping competitors into a public bot. A homepage toy. Written no. No pitch. If that is not the work, write. If it is, we are the wrong studio on purpose.

Prompts, code, evals. If they keep the keys, you rented a bot.
