Acceptable Use Policy

1. Prohibited uses

You may not use the Services, or ask us to build or promote anything, that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation, or infringes anyone's intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
• Is fraudulent, deceptive or misleading, including fake reviews, phishing, or impersonation;
• Is defamatory, harassing, threatening, hateful or discriminatory;
• Contains or promotes malware, spyware or other malicious code;
• Involves sexual content involving minors, or non-consensual sexual content;
• Promotes violence, terrorism or self-harm;
• Sells or facilitates illegal goods or services, including illegal drugs, weapons or counterfeit goods;
• Facilitates unlicensed gambling, unlicensed financial services, pyramid schemes or get-rich-quick schemes;
• Sends unsolicited bulk messages (spam) or violates anti-spam laws such as CAN-SPAM or GDPR;
• Attempts to gain unauthorised access to any system, account or data, or probes or tests the vulnerability of any system without permission;
• Interferes with the operation or performance of the Services, including through excessive automated requests;
• Circumvents usage limits, billing, or security features; or
• Is a business or activity that our payment processor prohibits (see Stripe's list of restricted businesses).

2. Software-specific rules

• Do not share account credentials or allow more users than your plan permits;
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile or scrape our software or data except as permitted by law;
• Do not resell or white-label our products without a written agreement;
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.

3. Agency engagements

We reserve the right to decline or terminate projects whose purpose or content violates this policy, or that we reasonably believe would expose us to legal, reputational or regulatory risk. Where we terminate for this reason after work has begun, our Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to work completed.

4. Reporting abuse

To report a violation of this policy, email legal@sinletech.com with details and any supporting evidence. We investigate every report and act where appropriate.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts or engagements, and report unlawful activity to law enforcement. We will try to notify you before taking action unless doing so would be unlawful or would compromise an investigation.

6. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
