Engineered.

Find the stuck job. Prototype it. Put it in production. Scoped in writing, billed in USD, yours when we ship.

  • The stuck job named in writing
  • A prototype a user can fail in public
  • Production system on a domain you own
  • Agentic work only with a human lock
  • IP and code transfer on final payment
  • Hours and adoption measured, not a slide

Innovation work: a job that is stuck, a prototype you can fail, a system that stays in use.

01

Agentic workers

An agent takes a job a person did last week. It prepares the work. A named person still releases money and sends.

Capabilities

How technological innovation actually happens here.

01

Name the job

Who does what today, and what hurts. If you cannot say the job, there is nothing to invent yet.

02

Prototype in the open

A test someone can fail this week. A deck is not a prototype.

03

Ship it into the week

Production on a domain you own. If they go back to the old way on Friday, it was a visit.

04

Measure the change

Hours, scrap, adoption — the job, not how busy the lab looks.

05

A human lock

Money, sends, and ship-or-scrap still wait for a person.

06

You keep it

Code, design, and the thing that runs transfer on final payment.

Work

The job was stuck. Then it shipped.

Live engagements. Each one names what was slowing the week, what went into production, and the hours or cost that moved.

A portal instead of the spreadsheet.

A company was running customers and jobs in a shared sheet. The team needed a tool they actually own.

Before
Customers and jobs lived in a shared spreadsheet.
After
The sheet is an export, not the system. The company owns the app — no rented template.

They own the portal, not another SaaS bill

  • Discovery of the real workflow, not the org chart
  • Customer and job portal
  • Roles, status and a simple dashboard

Team drowning in the same replies · AI

A clerk on the inbox. A person on the send.

An operations team was rewriting the same answers every afternoon. They wanted a model. They needed a clerk with a lock.

Before
Every inbound sat until a person drafted from scratch. No source of truth on a URL they owned.
After
Drafts come from the page. Sends still wait on a human. Hours dropped. No unsupervised replies.

A lock

No send leaves without a named person

  • The FAQ and policy published on pages they own
  • A clerk that drafts from that source, nothing else
  • A named person required before a send
  • A two-week hour count so they could kill it if nothing moved

A first site that could carry a raise.

A company needed a site that explained the product without looking like a template — before the deck went out.

Process

From review to launch. We can still say no.

  1. 01

    Review

You send the problem. We say yes or we say no.

  2. 02

    Scope

A written proposal. Deliverables, price, schedule — and what is out.

  3. 03

    Build

Weekly increments you can see and sign off.

  4. 04

    Launch

We ship it. You own it. We stay if the stack still needs us.

Principles

How we actually work.

  1. 01

    We select the work

We take work where a job has to change. If there is no user and no Tuesday test, we say no in writing. A yes means we can stand behind the scope.

  2. 02

    Write it down

Nothing is billed until the engagement is scoped. The statement of work names deliverables, price in USD, schedule, what is out, and who owns what. Chat, decks and a verbal yes do not replace it. You approve the SOW before Stripe runs. If the work changes, the document changes first.

  3. 03

    See it every week

You do not wait for a launch-day reveal. You see weekly increments you can click, review and sign off. If something is wrong, it is wrong in week two — not after the invoice. Progress is visible. The production system is the status report.

  4. 04

    You own it

On final payment, code, design and assets transfer. You hold the repo, the domain, Stripe, analytics and admin. No hostage hosting, no rented template, no lock-in that makes leaving expensive. If we stay, it is because the stack still needs us — not because you cannot leave.

Pilot

$3,500one-time

A result in the week — not a demo.

The invention in production, thin: one job, a real user, a number you can read in two weeks.

  • One named job live, on credentials you hold
  • A clerk (model or human) with a lock on money and sends
  • Hours in / hours out, counted for two weeks
  • Kill or keep from that number — we stay 30 days after it ships

Deposit back if we have not started. Nothing billed until a written scope is signed.

Invent

The core offer

$10–25kfixed SOW

Invention, then AI, then a result you can count.

We invent the next way to do the job, engineer it into production, and put an agent on it with a human lock. You own the stack.

  • The new way, running — not a workshop
  • Agent on a named job; keys on the server; a person on money and sends
  • Evals that can fail the release
  • Fixed SOW. Code and IP on final payment
  • Pod retainer after launch — hours in the SOW, from 40 a month

No charge before you approve a written statement of work.

Scope Invent

Pod

$3,000monthly retainer

~$100 a day. 40 hours a month.

The retainer on Invent. Invention, engineering, and agents on the live job. Measure what got faster. Kill what did not.

  • Billed monthly in advance, 30-day cancel
  • 40 hours a month, written in the retainer SOW
  • Innovation lead plus engineering on the production stack
  • Agents only with a lock, a cap, and a kill switch
  • Unused hours roll one month. The invention stays yours when you cancel

Retainer access continues through the paid period. What we built stays yours.

Questions

Straight answers.

Who am I contracting with?
SINLE Innovation Agency is a trade name of SINLE Technologies LLC. Your invoice and card statement show the LLC — not a separate agency company.
Who owns the work?
You do. On final payment, code, design and assets transfer. You hold the repo, the domain and the admin. If we stay, it is because the stack still needs us.
How do we start?
Spark is $750. You get a written invent, reshape, or no — and you keep the note. If we go on, that fee is credited to Invent. Nothing else is billed until you sign a scope.
When do you charge?
Projects: typically 50% to start and 50% on delivery, in USD. Retainers bill monthly in advance. Nothing is charged before you approve a written scope.
What if you say no?
You get a written no. No pitch. No invoice. A yes only happens when we can stand behind the scope.
Can I cancel?
Retainers cancel with 30 days’ notice. Project deposits are refundable before work begins. Full detail is in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
What is the Pod?
$3,000 a month. 40 hours, billed in advance. Unused hours roll one month. What we built stays yours when you cancel.
What will you not take?
A brochure, a rented template, or a chatbot bolted onto a page. If there is no user and no Tuesday test, we say no in writing.
