Think. Build. Ship. — the only order that produces a product

Think is understand the problem. Build is engineer the solution. Ship is put it into the real world. Skip one and you have a tutorial, a file, or a pitch — not a product.

Most people reverse the order. They open an editor. They follow a video. They rename the repo. Then they wonder why nobody uses it. The work was never Think. Build. Ship. It was copy, paste, and hope.

SINLE Technologies LLC runs the studio and the class on the same motto. SINLE Innovation Agency takes a job a company already does. SINLE Academy is six weeks on one problem. Both start the same way: understand it before you engineer it. Put it in the world before you call it done.

Think — understand the problem

Think is not a mood board. It is who it is for, what they do today, and what “done” looks like in a sentence a stranger can read. If you cannot write that, you will build the wrong thing with clean code.

Week one of SINLE Academy is the plan: who, when, and what you will not build. A toy idea gets rewritten before you spend five weeks decorating it.

Build — engineer the solution

Build is not watching. A course library is not engineering. You make something people can use, then you fix what the notes named. Written notes come back in two business days. The class sees the product, not a slide.

If the “build” only exists in a local folder, you are still in the watching step. You just have more files.

Ship — put it into the real world

Ship means a link you can send, logins that are yours, and a thing that holds without you in the room explaining every click. Week six you record a walkthrough and finish a one-page story. Then class is over.

A certificate does not ship. A diploma does not ship. A file on a laptop does not ship. If nobody can open it, it is not in the real world.

The order is the product

Skip Think and you engineer a demo. Skip Build and you have a brief. Skip Ship and you have homework. Companies hire the last one and call it a course. We do not.

Eight people. Eight hours a week. $400. Not a $400 website. A product someone can use.

The steps — do these in order

  1. 01

Write the idea in one sentence

Who it is for. What done looks like. A toy gets rewritten in week one — better to do that on the form.

  2. 02

    Apply

Name, email, the idea, the job it does. We write back if there is room.

  3. 03

A simple agreement, then you pay

Seat is $400. Company seat $500. Refunds only before class starts.

  4. 04

    Think. Then build. Then ship

Understand the problem. Engineer the solution. Put it into the real world. That is the six weeks.

If this is the class, apply. 8 seats. 6 weeks. $400. We say yes, no, or the class is full. Refunds before it starts. We do not get you a job. You leave with the work.
