A contractor website that takes the job — not a gallery of bathrooms

Trades lose work in voicemail and Facebook messages. A site that states the work, the area, and how to request a visit is the front desk.

Contractors · Trades · Local · Origin

Most contractor sites are a logo, a hero of a truck, and a phone number the owner answers from a ladder. The work arrives as a voicemail, a Facebook message, and a photo in the wrong album. That is unpaid dispatch.

A useful site is dull on purpose: what you do, where you do it, how to ask for a visit, and three jobs you are allowed to show. Origin can ship that. A portal for quotes, jobs and status is a different product.

Stop the city farm

“Plumber in [town]” times forty is not SEO. It is a tell. One honest service area and a Google listing that matches the footer will beat a content mill you will not maintain.

Photos and permission

If you cannot name the customer and you do not have permission, do not publish the kitchen. We will not put stock on a trades site to make it look busy.

The steps — do these in order

  1. 01

    State the work in verbs

Roof repair. Panel upgrade. Not “quality craftsmanship.”

  2. 02

    State the area

Cities you actually drive. Not fifteen service-area pages you do not serve.

  3. 03

Put the request on the site

A form with photos beats “text us.” Put the number there too.

  4. 04

Show three jobs you actually finished

Named, with permission. A stock bathroom is a lie.

  5. 05

If quotes still live in a notebook, say so on the call

That may be Origin. A quoting portal is Sovereign. Do not pretend they are the same price.

If this is the work you need, write. You get a written scope, a price in USD, and a site or product you own. Nothing is billed before you approve it.
