SINLE Technologies LLC will not charge a card before you approve a written scope. Typical projects: 50% to start, 50% on delivery, USD, Stripe. Retainers: billed in advance, 30 days’ notice. Custom: milestones in the SOW.
The lines we write
What we will ship. What we will not. Dates. Price. How change orders work. Hours a team gets back or a cost the company stops paying — named, not implied. Who owns the work on final payment. How to cancel.
- In: pages, features, environments, handoff.
- Out: extra brands, extra languages, a chatbot nobody asked to lock.
- Lock: money and sends stay human if an agent is in scope.
If we cannot name the return, we decline
We do not sell a menu of website packages. If the brief is a brochure, you get a written no. That is the product of the review. It is also cheaper than a bad yes.
The steps — do these in order

Send the job in one sentence
If you cannot, we are not ready to price.

Read the out-of-scope list
If there is none, the quote will expand until the money is gone.

Check who is on the invoice
The LLC on the site should match the LLC on the PDF.

Check when the card is charged
Nothing before you approve the scope. Deposit refundable before work begins.

Check what you own on final payment
Repo, files, admin. If leaving kills the site, stop.
